Mid-Morning: Customer Care
The day kicks off with a rush of regulars and new faces alike. A gentleman from Mundelein, IL, asks about our recreational weed options, while a group from Gurnee, IL, is interested in our latest cannabis products. I take pride in guiding them through our extensive selection, ensuring they find exactly what they’re looking for.
Afternoon: Education and Outreach
After lunch, I lead a mini-workshop for first-time visitors. Topics include:

- Responsible consumption practices
- Local laws and regulations
It’s rewarding to see customers from Pleasant Prairie, WI, and beyond leaving more informed and confident about their choices.
